David DeNunzio
David DeNunzio is Vice Chairman in the Americas of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit
Suisse, based in New York. He has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of financial
advisory services, including divestitures, buyer advisory services, mergers, recapitalizations
and takeover defense. Prior to his current responsibilities, David was Deputy Global Head
of Credit Suisse |

First Boston Private Equity (CSFB PE), which he headed prior to the Firm's
merger with DLJ. His previous positions include serving as Co-Head of the Transformation Team
responsible for the integration of the former Credit Suisse's wholesale banking and securities
businesses with the former CS First Boston, Head of the Firm's investment banking business in
the Eastern United States and Canada and managing the Firm's investment banking activities in
the insurance industry. David also serves on the Firm's Investment Banking Committee.
Before he joined the Firm in 1989, David was a Senior Vice President at Kidder, Peabody
& Co. Incorporated.
David received his A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and
his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a Director of various CSFB PE portfolio
companies, President of the Board of Trustees of The Greenwich Country Day School and a member
of the Advisory Council of The Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University. Privately,
David enjoys sailing, skiing, and traveling with his family. |

Jim O'Neil
Jim O'Neil is Head of Market Investments at UKFI, the entity established by the UK Government to manage its
investment in banks subscribing to the recapitalisation schemes established in the financial crisis. He is
responsible for managing the £66billion taxpayer investment in shares in Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds
Banking Group. Jim joined UKFI from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent |

17 years. He has extensive
experience of both the capital markets and the banking sector and has worked on many of the highest profile
capital markets transactions for European financial institutions in recent years. He joined Merrill Lynch in
1993 in New York and relocated to London in 1999. Most recently he was Head of International Corporate Finance.
He holds a Bsc from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. |

Sophie Wade

and marketing firm. Previously, she was Senior Vice President at Not Traditional
Media, Inc. (NTM), a pioneering young company that provides advisory services in the areas of
new and alternative media and multi-company, integrated marketing solutions for Fortune 500
companies. Prior to NTM, Sophie was Director of Business Development at Yahoo! Finance, where
she headed up a strategic review of the business unit and was responsible for premium services
initiatives and strategic projects. Previously, Sophie consulted to Sony Pictures
Entertainment in Los Angeles on digital interactive TV services and gaming, as well as working
with a number of technology and Internet-related companies - ranging from content and ecommerce
to high-tech marketing - assisting with strategy, financing and business development activities.
Other clients included Musicmatch (prior to acquisition by Yahoo!) and Premium Wireless Services
(prior and relating to their acquisition by Universal). At Hutchison Whampoa in Hong Kong, Sophie was the first member of Richard Li's core team that launched STAR TV. She has also served
on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies in a formal or observer capacity,
including Relegence, Express Digital Graphics, Photopoint, and Alchemedia.
Sophie holds a BA and MA in Oriental Studies (Mandarin Chinese) from Oxford University as well
as an MBA from European business school INSEAD in France. Sophie is a sports, dance and travel
enthusiast with an Oxford Half-Blue for Ice Hockey. |

Mark Thornton
Mark Thornton is former Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for JPMorgan Private Bank in
London. Admired by his colleagues for his focus and quality decision-making during stressful
situations, Mark saw a need for techniques to achieve focus and perspective in the
corporate world, and left his 14-year investment banking career to build on his

teach his secrets to "effortless success." Mark
is on the teaching faculty for the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative, part of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He teaches to domestic and international organizations such as The New York Times, Deloitte Touche, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Banco Frances, Kripalu and thought leaders from TIAA-CREF, JPMorgan, McKinsey & Co, The United Nations, IBM, IMG, Lazard’s and various hedge funds.
