Integrate OD's Services include Strategic Organization and Leadership Development programs , including interactive seminars and networking events, workshops, executive coaching, as well as leadership assessment and reviews. We also include follow up efforts post-intervention to foster relationships and support implementation of changes that arise for the benefit of the organization.
We understand that the opportunity costs for the time invested in training and development are high, and few consulting firms offer methods to assess the return on such investment. Therefore, the guidelines to the design of every project that we undertake are:
