
180° & 360° Leadership Reviews
The objectives of a 180° or 360° leadership review process are to serve individual leaders in assessing their management effectiveness, relating specifically to your firm’s leadership standards, business priorities, and guiding values and principles. A leadership review involves gathering anonymous and constructive feedback for individual leaders from subordinates (180°), or subordinates, peers, and supervisors (360°). The 180° and 360° instruments both provide an overview of the leader’s strengths and areas in need of development, e.g. Professional Skills, Leadership, and Commitment to Firm Values.
We work with the client to develop a customized 180° or 360° feedback questionnaire that accurately reflects the client firm’s values and objectives. The people working directly with each professional to be reviewed are asked to respond to the custom made questionnaire online based on their experience of working with the professional. The aggregate feedback gives a clear picture of how the professional is perceived as a leader within his or her practice area and firm.
Through the 180° or 360° Leadership Profile, the professional gains a deeper self-awareness and insights into his or her Leadership strengths and development needs, as well as a customized Leadership Development program to constructively act on the feedback with support from a qualified Executive Coach.
A 180° or 360° leadership review entails:
- Custom design of feedback questionnaire
- Selected participants submit feedback questionnaire online
- The evaluated professional receives his or her personal 180° or 360° Leadership Profile
- The professional receives personal coaching by an Executive Coach who works with the professional to design a personal Leadership Development plan with clear development goals
- The professional receives ongoing coaching to support the achievement of his or her development goals
- A new 180° or 360° feedback review is completed after 1 year to assess achievement of goals
